To assemble the ASHLEY U1010014 Wentler Leather Power Reclining Loveseat, please follow these steps:
1. Unpack the carton and carefully check all packing materials for any loose parts that may have come loose during shipment. If any parts are missing, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product to obtain the missing parts. Do not use substitute parts.
2. Assemble the unit with the help of at least two people. It is important to have assistance to ensure safe and proper assembly.
3. Before starting the assembly, make sure you have all the necessary tools.
4. Follow the assembly steps in the provided instruction manual in the correct order. Do not skip any steps.
5. When attaching glass or mirrors, exercise caution as they can break and cause severe injury. Handle them carefully and avoid handling large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself.
6. For products with electric cords, such as lamps or lights, always unplug the electrical cord before assembly. Also, be careful not to twist the cord during assembly.
7. When assembling shelves or entertainment centers, do not stand on lower shelves to assemble upper shelves. Use a step ladder instead.
8. Do not stand on tables, including end tables, coffee tables, and dinner tables, as they are not designed to support the weight of a person.
9. If the assembly instructions state that two or more people are required, do not attempt to assemble the product alone as it may pose a risk of injury.
10. Periodically check all connectors, such as bolts and screws, to ensure they are tight.
