To assemble the MEEC TOOLS 019796 Figure Saw, follow these steps:
1. Fitting the Guard:
- Insert the xxxx from the inside on the left-hand side.
- Fit the washer and safety ring (if provided) from the right-hand side.
- Firmly tighten the knurled nut.
2. Fitting the Cross Guide:
- The cross guide is used for mitre sawing and to support the material as it passes through the saw.
3. Installing the Dust Blower:
- Fit the dust blower in the hole on the top of the saw.
- Turn the hose clockwise into the hole.
4. Removing the Saw Blade:
- Unplug the machine from the mains.
- Loosen the lock button until the spring is no longer tensioned.
- Push the upper blade holder down and lift up the blade slightly to remove.
- Allow the blade to drop down a little and push it forward to release it from the bottom holder.
