To assemble the Garden Gear G4793 PE Cover Shed, follow these steps:
1. Remove all parts from the box and dispose of the packaging correctly.
2. Check that you have all the parts listed in the manual before starting.
3. Assemble the shed on a flat, level surface.
4. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
5. Assemble the shed where you intend to place it.
Arches and Purlins Installation:
Step 1: Attach the roof cover (J) onto the frame as shown. Then insert tube (5) through the sleeve at the base of the cover. Connect both ends to parts 3 with brace part E and bolt H.
Step 2: At the other end of part 5 tubes, secure them to leg tubes (part 4) using brace parts D and bolt H.
Step 3: Fit rear cover 12 and door cover 14 using the plastic marbles. Connect and fit parts C bases to each leg tube part 3. Secure with bolts H and pegs F.
Top Tip: Place the four bottom corners of the front and rear doors under the base tube (part 6) to prevent them from moving. Then secure the frame and cover by inserting the pegs (part F) into the holes on the base tubes (parts 6).
Step 6: Assembling the roof fastener:
- Press 'D' to open out the handle 'B'.
- Insert the end of the roof rope through the central hole in the middle of the fastener.
- Adjust 'B' by moving it back and forth. Do not pull the rope out of the cover completely.
- Before completely tightening, insert the hook in the hole at the end of the base tubes (6), and continue tightening the roof fastener until you have the desired tension on the roof.
To loosen the fastener, open the handle fully so that it is in a straight line and press and hold position C. With the other hand, gently pull the end of the rope.
