To set up the DoorBird Connect ONNA device with your DoorBird IP Video Door Station, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the ONNA device to a power supply and LAN connection to your local network.
- You can find the IP details of the ONNA device in the Settings > Information section of the device.
2. Open the ONNA Configurator software on your PC or laptop.
3. In the About section, select your preferred language and ONNA model. Enter the IP details in the settings.
4. Click on "READ CONFIGURATION" to receive the successful configuration.
5. Go to the Intercom section and select "Intercom type" as DoorBird. Tick the "Authenticate" option.
6. Add the Intercom details in the ONNA Configurator software. Make sure to add the "#" symbol along with the intercom open code.
7. Click on "Save" and go to the Settings section.
8. Click on "SEND CONFIGURATION" to send the configuration successfully.
9. Reboot the ONNA device. The reboot option is available on the device itself.
Next, you need to set up the DoorBird IP Video Door Station to communicate with the ONNA device:
1. Open the DoorBird App and log into the administration area under "Settings → Administration" using the administrator user and password credentials provided with your DoorBird IP Video Door Station.
2. Choose "SIP Settings" from the menu and activate the "SIP active" switch.
3. Since the connection between the ONNA device and DoorBird IP Video Door Station will be peer-to-peer, no further settings are required on this screen. Leave the following fields blank.
4. Go back to the main administration area and tap on "SIP Numbers", then tap "Add".
5. In the subsequent screen, enter an arbitrary name in the "Name" field (e.g., "onna"). For the SIP address, enter the IP address of your ONNA device and SIP address as "onna@x.x.x.x".
6. For devices with a single doorbell, go to the "schedule for doorbell" section in the administration area under the settings menu. Select the appropriate button and tap "Schedule for actions". From this screen, tap the bell symbol in the upper left corner, choose "SIP call", and fill out the schedule according to your requirements.
7. For devices with a keypad, go to the "Keypad" section in the administration area under the settings menu. Select the appropriate key combination and go to "Schedule for actions". From this screen, tap the bell symbol in the upper left corner, choose "SIP call", and fill out the schedule per your requirements.
8. For devices with two doorbells, go to the "schedule for doorbell 1 or 2" section in the administration area under the settings menu. Select the appropriate key combination and go to "Schedule for actions". From this screen, tap the bell symbol in the upper left corner, choose "SIP call", and fill out the schedule per your requirements.
9. Return to the main administration area and save the settings. Wait for about five minutes for the new settings to take effect.
