To insert a SIM card and memory card into the SCHOK Freedom Turbo XL smartphone, follow these steps:
1. Push the SCHOK SIM removal tool into the phone's tray hole. Make sure to use only SCHOK's original SIM removal tool.
2. Slide the tray completely out. You will find two spaces.
3. Space "A" is for the SIM card slot #1 (Main SIM card), and space "B" is for either the SIM card slot #2 or the SD memory card.
4. Securely fit the SIM card or memory card in their dedicated slots. Both the SIM card and memory card must be flush with the tray.
5. Push the tray back in place until it is completely inserted into the structure of the phone.
