To install the STAHL 210755 miniCLIX Plug Connector Device, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation area is in Zone 1 and suitable for harsh industry environments.
2. Make sure the rated voltage and current requirements of your circuit are within the device's specifications (up to 400 V AC, 16 A).
3. Choose the appropriate version and material for your needs (device plugs, flange sockets, plugs/couplers made of polyamide, nickel-plated brass, or stainless steel).
4. Connect the cable using a crimp or spring clamp terminal.
5. If using preinstalled cables for device plugs and flange sockets, ensure they are properly connected to the end devices.
6. The device allows for simple installation and maintenance, as well as safe and fast disconnection under load.
