To clean the Newair NEC1K6WH00 Air Cooler, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power and unplug the unit from the power outlet.
2. Remove the rear air filter and cooling pad. Soak the honeycomb filter assembly in detergent for a few minutes, then wash and dry it.
3. Clean the water tank by removing it from the unit and using a towel and a small amount of detergent mixed with water. Rinse the tank and remove any dirty water.
4. Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior surface of the unit. Do not pour water directly onto the machine.
5. Reinstall the cooling pad, rear air filter, and water tank in the correct order.
6. Reconnect the power and ensure that the unit is running smoothly.
