To attach the winch handle to the frame of the P-Lindberg 9064332 Chainsaw Mill Winch, follow these steps:
Step 1: Attach the handle and xxxx assembly to the winch arm using two washers (part 9) and a NY lock hex nut (part 15). Use an internal hexagonal wrench to hold the handle while tightening the hex nut. Tighten and adjust until the handle turns freely.
Step 2: Insert the winch arm assembly onto the axle with a specified washer (part 9) and a cap nut (part 14). Secure the winch spindle using the friction lock xxxx (part 32) and the spring (part 33).
Once these steps are completed, the winch is ready to be mounted onto the sawmill.
