Cleaning the Fisher & Paykel OB60SC7CEW2 7 Function Oven is quick and easy thanks to the catalytic liners which absorb oil and fat splashes during cooking. The oven features acid-resistant graphite enamel, a removable oven door, a removable oven door inner, and removable shelf runners, making it convenient to clean.
To clean the oven, follow these steps:
1. Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Remove the oven door by lifting it upwards and off the hinges. Refer to the user guide for detailed instructions on removing the door.
3. Clean the oven door and inner glass using a mild detergent and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching the door.
4. Wipe down the oven cavity, including the walls, shelves, and catalytic liners, with a damp cloth or sponge. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild detergent or oven cleaner specifically recommended for catalytic liners. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the oven's surfaces.
5. Clean the shelf runners by removing them from the oven and washing them with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching them.
6. Once all the components are clean and dry, reassemble the oven door by aligning it with the hinges and lowering it into place. Make sure it is securely attached.
