To install the Philips BY100P CoreLine Highbay Value, please follow the steps below:
1. The luminaire should be installed by a qualified electrician and wired in accordance with the latest IEE electrical regulations or the national requirements.
2. Before installation, make sure not to switch on the luminaire.
3. The height between the luminous surface and the ground is recommended to be more than 5m, and the height between the bottom of the luminaire and the mounting surface must be more than 0.3m.
4. If you require the luminous surface to be levelled at less than 1°, it is recommended to use the pipe mounting method and use a gradienter to precisely measure and adjust.
5. If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it should be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards.
6. The light source contained in this luminaire should only be replaced by the manufacturer or a similar qualified person.
7. Avoid using the luminaire in a corrosive atmosphere or with hazardous materials such as sulfur, chlorine, phthalate, etc.
8. The luminaire does not have any evaluation on additional protective measures to prevent it from high-altitude falling and windproof structure, so it cannot be used as a flood and tunnel luminaire.
9. The luminaire is not suitable for use in harsh vibration or swinging environments, as well as areas prone to hurricanes and extreme winds.
10. The installer needs to arrange the chain/pipe for mounting. The default product is supplied with a mounting hook.
11. Do not stare at the operating light source.
12. This product is for indoor use only and is not suitable for cold storage areas lower than -20°C or areas with obvious temperature gradients.
13. Before servicing, always disconnect the power supply.
