To charge your device using the thecoopidea CP-PB25 PILLAR 10000mAh Wireless Magnetic Stand Powerbank, you have two options: wired charging and wireless charging.
Wired Charging:
1. Ensure that the PILLAR Powerbank is fully charged before first use.
2. When the PILLAR Powerbank is in standby mode, plug a USB cable into the USB-A or Type-C output port on the Powerbank.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to your USB chargeable device.
4. The device will begin charging automatically.
Wireless Charging:
1. Make sure your device is compatible with wireless charging.
2. If you are using a mobile device, ensure that you are using a wireless charging compatible case or no case at all. Generic cases may not support wireless charging.
3. When the PILLAR Powerbank is in standby mode, place your device on the top of the Wireless Magnetic Charging Pad of the Powerbank.
4. The device will begin charging automatically.
5. Please note that the maximum wireless charging rate may be affected by the restrictions of your device. Check your device's specifications before use.
6. Do not place any metal or other materials on the Wireless Magnetic Charging Pad, such as credit cards, keys, coins, or batteries, as they may cause a short circuit.
7. If wireless charging is abnormal, remove your device from the pad and ensure that there are no metal objects on the back of your device. Place your device correctly on the pad again.
8. If the Magnetic Stand of the Powerbank becomes overheated, keep your device away from it until it cools down before attempting to charge.
