The STAHL 9731/110-1 Coax Bushing is designed for quick and easy installation. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install it:
1. Ensure that the power supply to the hazardous area is switched off before starting the installation process.
2. Select a suitable location for the coax bushing, taking into consideration the requirements for antenna placement and the hazardous area classification.
3. Prepare the installation area by cleaning it and removing any debris or obstructions.
4. Connect the coaxial cable from the antenna to the external plug connector (N-type socket) on the coax bushing.
5. Connect the internal plug connector (SMA female) of the coax bushing to the HF isolator (9730/26-11) or any other compatible device.
6. Securely mount the coax bushing in the chosen location using the provided M20 thread size.
7. Ensure that all connections are tight and properly sealed to maintain the IP66 degree of protection.
8. Once the coax bushing is securely installed, you can proceed with connecting the power supply and other necessary components.
