To use the Riester 132880 Pulse Oximeter ri-fox N, follow these steps:
1. Install two AAA batteries into the battery cassette, making sure to insert them with the correct polarities.
2. Open the clamp on the front panel of the oximeter.
3. Insert one finger completely into the opening of the pulse oximeter.
4. Press the power switch once on the front panel.
5. Keep the patient's finger still while the oximeter is working.
6. Read the corresponding data from the display screen.
It is important to note that the nail surface of the finger must be facing upward when inserting it into the oximeter. Additionally, the oximeter is not intended for continuous monitoring and should be used in conjunction with other methods of assessing clinical signs and symptoms.
