To adjust the seat on the SUNNY HEALTH and FITNESS SF-B220030 Performance Interactive Series Upright Bike, follow these steps:
1. Loosen and pull the xxxx (No. 24) outward to release the Seat Tube (No. 6).
2. Raise or lower the Seat (No. 31) to the desired height.
3. Once adjusted, re-insert and tighten the xxxx (No. 24) to secure the Seat (No. 31) in place.
4. To adjust the Seat (No. 31) back and forth, loosen the xxxx (No. 26) and slide the Seat Slider (No. 7) to the desired position.
5. Tighten the xxxx (No. 26) to secure the Seat Slider (No. 7) in place.
Note: Before exercising, make sure the Seat (No. 31) is tightly locked to the post of the Seat Slider (No. 7).
