Cleaning the BOSCH MESM Series Slow juicer is essential after each use to maintain its performance. Here are the steps to clean the juicer:

1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning it to avoid the risk of electric shock.
2. Remove all the parts from the juicer, including the juice drum, rotating brush, strainer insert pieces, sorbet insert piece, juicer  xxxx , and pusher.
3. Clean the base unit by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth. Make sure to dry it off afterward.
