To change the saw blade on the HILTI NURON SC 5ML-22 Cordless Circular Saw for Metal, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the saw is switched off and the battery is removed before starting the blade change process.
2. Press and hold down the spindle lock button located on the side of the saw near the blade.
3. Use the provided hex key to loosen the clamping xxxx that holds the blade in place. Turn the hex key counterclockwise to loosen the xxxx .
4. Once the clamping xxxx is loose, remove it along with the clamping flange.
5. Open the lower guard of the saw to access the saw blade.
6. Carefully remove the old saw blade from the arbor, taking note of the direction-of-rotation arrows on the blade and the saw.
7. Insert the new saw blade onto the arbor, ensuring that the direction-of-rotation arrows on the blade and the saw align.
8. Place the clamping flange back onto the arbor, followed by the clamping xxxx .
9. Insert the hex key into the clamping xxxx and press and hold down the spindle lock button.
10. Use the hex key to tighten the clamping xxxx by turning it clockwise.
11. Check that the saw blade is securely in place and tighten the clamping xxxx further if necessary.
12. Close the lower guard of the saw.
13. The saw blade has now been successfully changed and the saw is ready for use.
