To clean the Aiwa AA-K21GC Gooseneck Spout Kettle, follow these steps:
1. Before cleaning, disconnect the kettle from the power supply by removing the plug from the socket and allow the appliance to cool down.
2. Do not immerse the kettle, power cord, plug, or outlet in water.
3. Wipe the body of the kettle with a damp cloth. Do not use scouring powder or cleaning agents, as they may damage the surface of the kettle.
4. For descaling, use a product intended for descaling and follow the instructions provided with the product.
5. One method of descaling is to pour 0.5 liters of white vinegar (8%) into the kettle, leave it for an hour, then pour the vinegar out and rinse the kettle with clean water 4 to 5 times.
6. Another method is to pour 0.5 liters of water into the kettle, bring it to a boil, then sprinkle 25 grams of citric acid. Let it stand for 15 minutes and finally rinse the kettle 4 to 5 times with clean water.
