To calibrate the welldana CLF Most Advanced Free Chlorine Probe, follow these steps:
1. Insert the probe into the probe housing of the ASIN AQUA and turn the device ON.
2. Allow the probe to stabilize for approximately 24 hours before performing the calibration.
3. Ensure that the water in the pool is perfectly mixed and the value on the ASIN AQUA display is stable. This may take several hours.
4. Perform the calibration under stable conditions.
5. Do not calibrate the probe until the water in the pool is perfectly mixed and the value on the ASIN AQUA display is stable. This may take several hours.
6. Calibration is performed by entering the manually measured value of chlorine concentration (using a photometer) in the CALIBRATION menu.
7. Calibration is not necessary if the difference between the value measured by the photometer and the value displayed on the ASIN AQUA device is less than 0.2 mg/l.
8. Perform the calibration with a chlorine concentration in the range of 0.3 - 1.2 mg/l, and with a measured value equal to or greater than the required value.
9. Note that the CLF probe cannot be calibrated if the output signal is lower than 20mV.
10. The CLF probe can only be calibrated at a free chlorine concentration of 0.3 to 5.0 mg/l.
