To install the FREDRICK RAMOND 31107 Pendant Light, follow these steps:

1. Find a clear area to work in and unpack the fixture and glass from the carton.
2. Review the instructions carefully before starting.
3. Shut off the electrical current before starting. If the fixture you are replacing is controlled by a wall switch, simply turn the switch off. If not, remove the appropriate fuse or open the circuit breakers until the fixture is dead. Do not restore the current until the new fixture is completely wired and in place.
4. Determine the desired height at which the pendant will be installed.
5. The fixture is supplied with assorted stem sizes. Determine the combination of stems needed to achieve the desired length (refer to Drawing 1).
6. Slip the stems over the wire and thread the first stem onto the top of the pendant, starting with the longest stem. Repeat this process until all required stems are threaded together.
7. Slip the wire through the center hole of the canopy swivel and thread the swivel onto the top of the last stem installed.
8. Make all the necessary wiring connections according to the provided instruction sheet lIs18.
9. After all wiring connections are complete, tuck all wires into the junction box.
10. Attach the mounting strap to the junction box using two screws (not provided). Ensure that the back of the mounting strap is flush against the ceiling.
11. Slip the canopy up against the ceiling and thread the xxxx collar onto the exposed portion of the threaded section. Tighten the xxxx collar to secure the canopy to the ceiling.
12. Refer to the assembly instructions for attaching the glass to the pendant body.
13. To replace burnt-out bulbs, unscrew the coupler at the top of the fixture.
14. Slide the glass up the stem until the old bulb is accessible.
15. Remove the old bulb and xxxx in the replacement bulb.
16. Slide the glass back down the stem and lock it up with the coupler.
