To install the ggmgastro POE Series Pizza Oven, it is important to have an authorized electrician carry out the electrical work for safety reasons and to ensure the validity of the guarantee. The oven must be grounded to avoid the risk of electrical discharges. The power cables for the oven should be a minimum of 5x2.5 (for models POE430, POE434, POE630, POE930T) and 5x4 (for models POE4430, POE4434, POE6630, POE9930) according to Antigron Standards. It is recommended to follow these standards.
The fuse requirements for each model are as follows:
- POE430: 3x25 A
- POE4430: 3x25 A
- POE434: 3x25 A
- POE4434: 3x25 A
- POE630: 3x25 A
- POE6630: 3x32 A
- POE930T: 3x25 A
- POE9930T: 3x40 A
Please ensure that the electrical connections are done according to the specific model you have.
For proper positioning of the oven, if it is placed around walls, there should be a 50 mm space arranged between the wall and the oven.
