To install the PCMTUNER Magic Car Tools, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the device to your computer using the provided power cable and USB cable. Also, plug in the smart lock dongle into your computer.
2. Close all anti-virus software and firewall on your computer, including the system firewall. If you are unsure how to do this, you can search online for instructions specific to your operating system and software.
3. Visit the website http://tuner-box.com and download the tool software.
4. Unzip the downloaded software to reveal three files.
5. Run the PCM_Setup file by clicking on it.
6. Proceed through the installation process by clicking "Next" until you see a checkbox asking if you want to launch the software. Uncheck this option and continue with the installation.
7. Once the installation is complete, you will see a message indicating that the tool software has been successfully installed. Read any instructions provided by the software.
8. After the installation, run the PCMtuner software and register it. Contact your seller to help you activate the software. Please note that activation support is available from Monday to Friday.
9. When your seller helps you activate the software, follow the instructions provided.
10. Once the software is registered and activated, you can log in to your account on http://tuner-box.com/login. Your seller should provide you with the username and password.
11. If you want to access additional features like VR files, WinOLS damaos, or A2L files, you can use the search function on your account page.
12. If you need chiptuning services such as stage1-stage3, popbangs, adblue, dpf, etc., you can create a ticket on your account page. Please note that these services may have associated charges, so you should contact your seller for more information.
