To calibrate the LBX P10 Dispensing Peristaltic Pump, follow these steps:
1. Before calibrating, use a scale or counting cup to measure the volume you want to calibrate. For example, if you want to calibrate for 20 ml, make sure you have measured 20 ml beforehand.
2. Press the xxxx on the pump to enter the calibration function.
3. Rotate the xxxx to set the desired volume, in this case, 20.00 ml.
4. Use the left-stop-right switch to choose the direction needed for the pump. After the pump stops transferring liquid, let the direction switch stop as well.
5. Rotate the xxxx again.
6. Input the measured volume using the scale or counting cup.
7. This completes the first calibration. If the calibration is not precise, you can repeat the calibration function 3-5 times for better accuracy.
It is important to note that for any faults or issues with the LBX P10 Dispensing Peristaltic Pump, it is recommended to contact your dealer or Labbox for assistance.
