To clean the Amica GK 5011 ProfiGrill Electric Grill, follow these steps:
1. Before cleaning, make sure to unplug the appliance from the wall outlet and allow it to cool down.
2. Wipe the casing of the grill with a slightly damp cloth, ensuring that no moisture, oil, or grease can get into the cooling openings.
3. You can clean the heating plates while they are still fitted in the appliance or remove them for easier cleaning. To remove the heating plates, press the release button located next to the handle.
4. Wipe the heating plates with a damp cloth. If the heating plates are removed, you can wash them under running water. The heating plates are dishwasher safe.
5. Dry the heating plates thoroughly before reattaching them to the appliance.
6. Do not clean any surfaces with sharp, abrasive sponges or wire cloths, as this may damage the coating.
7. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
