If the adapter is not powering your device, there are a few possible reasons for this. First, ensure that the adapter is securely plugged into the J1772 charger port of your vehicle. Make sure it is inserted within 1 minute of opening the charger door, as the adapter will automatically lock to prevent theft. Additionally, check that the electric cord is properly plugged into the AC outlet on the back of the adapter. If both connections are secure and the device is still not receiving power, it is recommended to check the EV battery level. If the battery is low, it may not have enough power to supply the adapter. In this case, charging the EV or using a different power source is advised. If the issue persists, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer's support team for further assistance.
