1. Find a clear area in which you can work and unpack the fixture and glass from the carton.

3. To begin, remove the mounting plate (A) from the backplate (C) by removing the screws (E) located on the side of the backplate (refer to Drawing 1).
4. Attach the mounting bracket (A) to the junction box (J) using two 8-32 screws (not provided) or the screws from the previously installed mounting strap or plate. Make sure the threaded holes are on the side when installing the mounting plate, and ensure the plate is plumb by placing a level across the top.
