To connect the j5create ScreenCast wireless display adapter to your TV, follow these steps:
1. Plug the HDMI™ connector into an available HDMI™ port on your TV or display.
2. Plug the USB™ connector into an available USB™ Type-A port on your TV. If your TV does not have a USB™ port, you can connect the USB™ connector to a wall outlet using a USB™ power adapter.
3. (Optional) You can attach the USB™ connector to your TV using the included double-sided adhesive strip. However, it is not recommended to place the USB™ connector behind the TV or inside a TV cabinet as it may cause a weak or loss of signal.
Once the connections are made, power on your TV and select the input until you see the setup screen. If your TV screen remains black, it may indicate that your TV is not supplying enough power. In this case, plug the USB™ cord into a USB™ power adapter and connect it to an outlet.
