To mount the VoxBox VB2-1001E MKII Teleprompter Kit on existing 15mm rails, follow these steps:
1. Remove your matte box and ensure that the 15mm rails do not extend beyond the front of the lens.
2. Choose a suitable doughnut from the provided options (63mm, 80mm, or 112mm) and fit it around the rim of the lens.
3. Loosen the levers on the rail block and slide the main box onto the rails. Make sure that the front of the lens is in line with the hole in the main box or pushed through to the glass if a wider focal length is needed.
4. Re-tighten the two levers on the rail block to secure the main box in place.
5. Re-balance your tripod head accordingly.
6. The lens should be positioned as shown in the manual. If adjustment is required, refer to page 9 for further instructions.
Note: The VoxBox VB2-1001E MKII Teleprompter Kit provides duplicate mounting holes on the top and bottom of the main box, allowing the interviewer to sit at different positions.
