It is recommended to clean the condenser coil on the True STR3R-3G refrigerator every 30 days or as needed. The condenser coil can accumulate dirt, dust, and debris, which can affect the performance and efficiency of the refrigerator. To clean the condenser coil, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the electrical power to the unit.
2. Open the rainshield on top of the unit to expose the condenser coil.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner or a stiff bristle brush to remove any dirt, lint, or debris from the finned condenser coil.
4. If there is significant dirt build-up, you can use compressed air or CO2 to blow out the condenser.
5. Be careful not to damage the fins of the condenser coil while cleaning.
6. Once the cleaning is complete, close the rainshield.
7. Reconnect the electrical power to the unit.
Regular cleaning of the condenser coil will help maintain the efficiency and performance of your True refrigerator. It is important to note that the cleaning of the condenser coil is not covered by the warranty.
