To install the drip tape, remove the plate with the locking clamp (A) and slide the drip roll onto the rod. Press the plate (A) tight against the roll and tighten the tee-handle on the clamp. Feed the drip tape through the swing arm guide and stationary guide (B), then into the down pipe (C). Make sure to turn the drip emitters up toward the plastic to minimize clogging and avoid damaging the drip tape with the press pan. Adjust the down pipe about 1-2 inches below the plastic mulch. Also, ensure that the drip roll is compressed firmly between the plates for a positive braking effect.
For installing the plastic, place the plastic rolls on top of the rollers (A). Pull the end of the plastic down between the rollers and underneath the bottom roller (B). Secure the plastic and drip tape at the end of the row. It is recommended to only feed from one roll at a time.
