To turn on and operate the Bactiscope EIT Preventative Controls and Detection System, follow these steps:
1. To turn on the screen, press the power button on the monitor for 0.5 seconds.
2. To turn on the camera, press the camera button. The blue and red lights on the left-hand side of the device will turn on.
3. Press the Light button to activate the Bactiscan Light.
4. To record videos, press the Rec button on the monitor for 0.5 seconds. The blue light will flash, indicating that the recording has started.
5. The LED status indicators are as follows:
- Red LED constantly on: Power status light.
- Blue LED constantly on: Standby mode.
- Blue LED blinks slowly (1 time per second): Recording mode.
- Blue LED blinks quickly (2 times per second): Micro SD card is full or failed to be recognized.
6. To format the SD card, long-press the Rec button for 5 seconds in standby mode. The SD card will be formatted, and recording will start.
7. To stop recording, press the Rec button again for 0.5 seconds. The blue light will stay on.
8. To turn off the camera, press the camera button. The monitor will no longer show an image.
9. To turn off the light, press the Light button.
Please note:
- Recording files will be saved automatically in segments lasting 5 minutes, and recording stops when the Micro SD card is full.
- It takes about 2GB of capacity for 1 hour of recording. An 8GB Micro SD card can record about 3.5 hours.
- Make sure to stop recording before powering off to avoid missing the last recording.
