To assemble the AQUADECK welldana Inserted Beam with pre-assembled elements, please follow the steps below:
1. Mounting the brackets and the inserted beam:
- Drill 6 mounting holes with a drill that has a diameter of 11 mm and a depth of 80 mm.
- Use 6x DIN933 bolts, 6x CI13.0840.1620 gaskets, and 6x Weco M8 bolts to mount the brackets with the gaskets.
- Place the inserted beam and secure it using 2x DIN912 bolts and 2x DIN9021 washers.
2. Assembly of the pre-assembled elements:
- Mount the brackets with the gaskets using 6x DIN912 bolts and 6x CI13.0840.1620 gaskets.
- Place the inserted beam and secure it using 2x DIN912 bolts and 2x DIN9021 washers.
