To assemble the AQUADECK welldana H-H-01 Corner Cover with Pre-assembled plates, follow these steps:
1. Determine the motor side and drill a recess of 35 mm.
2. Place the Pre-assembled plates in both corners and mark the 6 recessed holes (A).
3. Drill the 6 mounting holes with an 11 mm drill bit, making sure to go 80 mm deep.
4. Insert the screws through the plates, ensuring they end up in the hollow space of the styropole.
5. Install and tighten the revet and hex nut using 12x DIN9021 and 12x DIN934 respectively.
6. Place the Weco and tighten it well so that it opens wide using 12x Weco M8.
Please note that it is important to always use sealant when mounting the fasteners. Additionally, when dealing with round corners and skimmers entering the bath, make sure to take a minimum distance of 30 mm.
