To install the Honeywell 3011-8665 BATTERY Safety Aerosol Sensor, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the battery pack vent valve is unblocked.
2. Install the sensor with 10 cm clearance on both sides of the hollow sensing chamber.
3. Mount the sensor using two mounting holes and two M6 screws.
4. Use a maximum torque of 10 Nm for the mounting screws.
5. Connect the mating connector using the TE MPN 175507-2 model.
Please refer to the mounting dimensions and mechanical specifications provided in the instruction manual (Figure 4 and Table 1) for more details on the installation process.
Note: It is important to follow the specified installation instructions to ensure proper functioning of the sensor.
