To measure capacitance using the PeakTech 3730 Inductance Capacitance Tester, follow these steps:
1. Set the Function/Range switch to the desired range.
2. Press the L/C switch to activate the C-Function.
3. Insert the test leads directly into the socket or test leads socket CX.
4. Read the capacitance directly from the display.
Note: In the lower range, subtract the residual offset reading from the result with the test leads opening for better accuracy. Make sure to never apply an external voltage to the socket, as it may damage the meter.
