To pair the Govee H6065 Glide Y Lights with the Govee Home App, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you have a Wi-Fi router that supports the 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands. The lights do not support 5GHz.
2. Download the Govee Home App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
3. Open the app and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner.
4. Search for "H6065" and tap on the device icon.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Make sure the light panel is powered on.
- Check if Bluetooth on your smartphone is enabled, or try connecting with another smartphone.
- When connecting for the first time, ensure your smartphone is near the light panel.
- If the connection error still exists, delete the connected light panel from "My Device" on the app and reconnect following the instructions provided.
