To adjust the binaurals on your , follow these steps:
1. For models duplex®, duplex® baby, duplex® neonatal, tristar®, anestophon®, ri-rap®:
- Ensure that the binaurals are adjusted to the anatomically correct angle. They should slightly sit in front.
- The angle can be adjusted by turning the binaurals individually.
- The ear-tips should rest completely at the same angle as the external auditory canal for optimal blocking of external noises.
- If the contact pressure of the binaurals is too weak, press them together. If the contact pressure is too strong, expand them.
2. For models cardiophon 2.0, duplex® 2.0, duplex® 2.0 baby, duplex® 2.0 neonatal:
- The binaurals are anatomically correctly pre-adjusted during production.
- The contact pressure of the binaurals may be adjusted individually if needed.
- The ear olives are pivotable and have an extra-soft material for perfect sealing of the auditory canals and minimal noise during movement.
