To set up and connect the aiwa Premium Belt Drive Turntable with Acrylic Cover, please follow these steps:
1. Unpack the turntable and remove all packaging materials.
2. Place the turntable on a stable and level surface.
3. Connect the AC cable to the built-in AC power supply and plug it into a power outlet.
4. If you want to use the turntable with a Bluetooth speaker, make sure the Bluetooth speaker is turned on and in pairing mode. Press the Bluetooth button on the turntable's control panel to enable Bluetooth mode. Once the turntable is connected to the Bluetooth speaker, you can use it as the audio output.
5. If you want to connect the turntable to a PC or Mac for audio recording, connect the included USB cable to the turntable's USB port and the USB port on your computer. Install the provided software on your computer to start recording.
6. If you want to connect the turntable to a standard amplifier, use the included stereo audio RCA cable. Connect the RCA plugs to the turntable's RCA audio output terminals and the corresponding input jacks on your amplifier.
7. If your amplifier has a PHONO input, make sure the Pre-Amplifier ON/OFF switch on the turntable is set to ON. If your amplifier does not have a PHONO input, set the Pre-Amplifier ON/OFF switch to OFF.
8. Adjust the counterweight on the tonearm for proper tonearm balancing. Refer to the owner's manual for detailed instructions on how to do this.
9. Place a record on the metal alloy platter and select the appropriate speed (33 1/3 or 45 rpm) using the speed selector switch.
10. Press the start button to start the turntable. The Auto-Stop and Auto Rotation Speed Control System will ensure smooth and accurate playback.
11. Use the touch control panel on the STALINITE Glass Top-Panel to control various functions of the turntable, such as play/pause, skip, and volume control.
12. When not in use, you can protect the turntable by placing the included acrylic dust cover over it.
