To program the ERA-PIR motion sensor to the ERA-RXPG receiver, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the ERA-RXPG receiver is plugged into a standard wall outlet.
2. On the ERA-RXPG receiver, hold down the "mode" button (lower button) until you hear a short tone sound and the red LED inside the front lens cover starts blinking. This indicates that the receiver is in programming mode. Release the button.
3. Press the melody selector button on the receiver to scroll through the available melodies. Stop when you hear the sound you want the push button to play.
4. Push the center push on the ERA-PIR motion sensor. The receiver will play a quick chime sound, indicating that the transmitter is programmed to the receiver. The red LED on the receiver should still be blinking.
5. If you want to program additional transmitters (such as a push button, door contact, motion sensor, or driveway sensor), repeat step 3 to select a melody and then repeat step 4 to trigger the sensor/transmitter.
6. Once you have programmed all the transmitters, exit programming mode by holding down the "mode" button until you hear a short tone sound and the red LED disappears (approximately 3 seconds).
Note: These instructions are specific to the ERA-RXPG receiver. If you are using a different ERA receiver, refer to the programming instructions for that receiver to put it in programming mode and change the melody.
