To connect the boAt Rockerz 255 ARC to your phone via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone.
2. Switch on the Rockerz 255 ARC by long-pressing the Multifunction Button (MFB) for 3 seconds. The blue and red LEDs will start flashing alternatively.
3. The neckband's indicator will start blinking in blue and red alternatively, indicating that the earphones are in pairing mode.
4. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
5. Select 'Rockerz 255 ARC' from the list of available devices.
6. If prompted for a passkey, confirm the passkey '0000' on your phone.
7. Once confirmed, the neckband and phone will be connected via Bluetooth, indicated by a voice prompt.
Note: If there is a connection history between the phone and the neckband, they will automatically reconnect whenever the neckband is switched on while the phone's Bluetooth mode is turned on. If no pairing is established within 5 minutes, the neckband will automatically switch off.
