To connect the Shopper Cab-PC-08363 Outdoor Smart Plug to your Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Plug the smart plug device into a wall outlet. Make sure the indicator light on the device is flashing rapidly blue, indicating that the device is ready to connect. If the indicator light is not flashing, press and hold the power button located on the front side of the device for 3 seconds.
2. Open the S+ Smart app on your mobile device. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can scan the QR code provided in the manual or search for "S+ Smart" in the App Store or Google Play to download it.
3. Register an account on the S+ Smart app using your email address. Enter the verification code sent to your email and create a password that contains both alphabets and letters.
4. In the S+ Smart app, on the top right corner of the main page, click the "+" button or "Add Device" in the center. Choose "Socket" or "Power Strip" depending on your device.
5. Make sure the indicator light on the smart plug device is rapidly blue, indicating that it is ready to connect using Easy Mode. If not, press and hold the button on the device for 3 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing rapidly, then press "Next Step" in the app.
6. Enter your Wi-Fi network password in the app when prompted. The S+ Smart app will try to connect to your device. If the connection fails, you can try connecting in AP Mode.
7. To connect in AP Mode, make sure the device is in AP mode, blinking slowly. You can refer to the reset instructions in step 3 to reset the device to AP Mode. Then, go to the Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device and connect to "SmartLife-XXXX" (XXXX represents the unique identifier of your device).
8. Go back to the S+ Smart app and continue adding devices until the setup is complete.
