To set the temperature and time on the VACPAK-IT svc280 7.4 Gallon Thermal Sous Vide Circulator, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the equipment is plugged into a grounded electrical outlet matching the rated voltage (120V).
2. In standby mode, press the Time/Temperature Control button. This will cause the LEDs to flash.
3. Set the desired temperature using the up and down arrows. The temperature can be set in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
4. Press the Time/Temperature Control button again to switch to setting the time. The LEDs will flash again.
5. Use the up and down arrows to set the desired time. The time can be set from 5 minutes to 99 hours.
6. Press the Time/Temperature Control button once to confirm the settings you have chosen.
7. If you press the Start/Stop button without making any selection, the mode will be exited after the LEDs flash 10 times.
8. To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, hold both the up and down arrows simultaneously.
9. A long press of the Time/Temperature Control button will display the set time and temperature in turns.

Note: Always ensure the water level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" fill lines and that the lid is closed properly before starting the machine.
