To assemble the MILESCRAFT 1409 Circular Saw TrackSawGuide, follow these steps:
1. Place the Aluminum Guide Rails face down and remove the Rail End Caps from the Aluminum Guide Rails.
2. Slide the Rail Connectors halfway into the outer two T-Slots on the bottom of Track 1 and secure them with the provided Hex Key.
3. Position Track 2 next to Track 1, slide the Rail Connectors into the T-slots, and push them together firmly. Secure the set screws with the provided Hex Key.
4. Flip the track back onto the non-slip side (the Milescraft logo will be visible).
5. Attach the four optional Glide Adjusters to the TrackSaw Base. Apply pressure on the TrackSaw Base towards the red Guide Strip and tighten the Glide Adjusters against the Guide Rail wall in the opposite direction. Ensure the base slides as desired for the length of cut.
Note: Do not engage the TrackSaw Base mid Guide Rail and do not use the TrackSawGuide to perform plunge cuts.
