To remove the front cover of the Toshiba VF-S11 Totally-Enclosed Box Type Inverter, follow these steps:
1. Shut off the supply of electricity from the main power supply and turn the manual power ON-OFF switch to the OFF position.
2. Wait for at least 10 minutes after turning off the power to ensure that the CHARGE lamp is not lit.
3. Remove the 6 screws (4 screws for single/three-phase 240V-0.75kW models and smaller) located around the front cover.
4. Slowly pull the front cover towards you to remove it and detach the control signal cable connector.
To attach the front cover, follow these steps:
1. Attach the control signal cable connector.
2. Place the front cover back in position.
3. Set and tighten the 6 screws (4 screws for single/three-phase 240V-0.75kW models and smaller) around the front cover.
Caution: Make sure to attach the front cover securely to ensure it serves as a protector compliant with IP54. Failure to do so may result in the inability to operate the keys on the operation panel.
