To log into the asTech Duo app, you need to create an asTech Connect login. If you have not received an email invitation to create an account, or if your invitation has expired, you can contact asTech Customer Service at 888-486-1166 to have one sent. Once you have created an asTech Connect login, you can use the same username and password to log into the asTech Duo app.
