To set the time and date on your , follow these steps:
1. Enter the Timekeeping Mode by pressing the (C) button until the time is displayed.
2. Press the (A) button to enter the setting screen.
3. The seconds will start flashing. Press the (B) button to reset the seconds to 00 if needed.
4. Press the (C) button to move to the next setting (minutes, hours, day, month, year).
5. Use the (B) button to change the flashing setting. Holding down the (B) button will scroll through settings at high speed.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 to set the desired time and date.
7. Press the (A) button to complete the setting operation.
Note: The watch will automatically exit the setting operation after about two or three minutes of non-operation.
