To install the aseko PP60 Programmable Peristaltic Pump for Continuous Dosing, follow these steps:
1. Choose a dry and dust-free location with a temperature range of +5°C to +40°C for wall mounting the device.
2. Open the front cover of the device to access the mounting holes.
3. Use the screws provided with the device to mount it securely on the wall.
4. Ensure that the pool water is chemically clean and free of dirt before installation.
5. The maximum distance between the injection valves and the peristaltic pump should not exceed 8 meters.
6. The vertical distance between the PP60 and the bottom of the containers should not exceed 2 meters.
Pool Chemicals Connection:
1. Connect the injecting valves of individual chemicals to the dosing pumps and dosed agents.
2. Place the injecting valve in the T-joint, blinded with the DN50 G1/4” threaded plug #12134.
3. Cut the PE tube at a 90° angle to ensure proper fitting.
4. Use a sharp knife to cut the plastic, ensuring a clean and smooth cut.
5. Drill a 6 mm hole and a 1 mm hole (for air suction) into the CHLORPURE canister cap.
6. Push the PE tube through the cap, ensuring that it reaches the canister bottom and can be connected to the pump as straight as possible.
7. Put a weight on the tube end and submerge it in the canister.
8. Connect the plastic tube from the pH canister to the left connection on the pump.
9. Connect the plastic tube to the right connection on the pump and the injection valve.
10. Hand xxxx the injection valve into the specified mounting hole.
11. Check the throughput of the injection valves and the tightness of the entire system. Only hand tighten, do not use tools.
