If there is no AC input detected in your Hybrid LV 6KW Solar Inverter, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Test the bypass mode: Before turning on the inverter, only connect the utility with the inverter. Without pressing any buttons, the LCD will light up. Press the "ON" button for at least 3 seconds and wait for the utility to connect to the load. If the connection fails, please record the fault code.
2. Check the AC input fuse: If AC input is connected but there is no voltage shown on the LCD, you can check the AC input fuse. Refer to section 3.2.8 of the manual for instructions on how to check the AC input fuse.
3. Replace MAIN and control board: If the LCD doesn't light up with battery, solar, or AC input, you can try replacing the MAIN and control board to solve the issue.
