To connect the STRONG HELO-PLUG Smart Wi-Fi Plug to your Wi-Fi network, you can follow these steps:
1. Download and install the "Helo by Strong" app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and register an account using your email.
3. Make sure your Smart Wi-Fi Power Plug is powered on.
4. Ensure that your mobile phone is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
5. Press and hold the power button on the Smart Wi-Fi Power Plug for more than 5 seconds until the LED indicator begins to flash quickly.
6. Open the "Helo by Strong" app and tap the "+" button on the top right of the app.
7. Select the device type and tap "confirm indicator rapidly blink". The app will fetch the password of the Wi-Fi network your mobile phone is connected to.
8. Tap "Confirm" to connect the device. Once the app displays "successfully add 1 device," the connection is completed, and your device will be listed in the app.
If you encounter any issues during the Easy Mode setup, you can also try the AP Mode setup by following the instructions provided in the user manual.
Please note that it is important to ensure that your router is operating on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band, as the STRONG HELO-PLUG Smart Wi-Fi Plug only supports this frequency.
