To connect your BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) devices to the ClearOne Medium Conference Room system, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your BYOD device (such as a laptop or cell phone) is equipped with the necessary audio and video capabilities.
2. Locate the COLLABORATE® Versa Hub, which is included in the equipment list. This hub acts as a central connection point for USB camera, USB audio, room displays, and laptops.
3. Connect your BYOD device to the Versa Hub using the appropriate USB cable or adapter. This will enable audio and video communication between your device and the conference room system.
4. If you wish to use Bluetooth connectivity, make sure the CONVERGE® Blue Tooth Expander is properly installed. This includes attaching the Bluetooth Expander Wall Panel, Trim Plate, Low Voltage 1-Gang Wall Bracket, and NFC Button.
5. Follow the instructions provided in the user manual for the specific steps to pair and connect your BYOD device via Bluetooth.
