To adjust the temperature on the FABER FEO Nuovo 66 Electric Oven, follow these steps:
1. Set the Temperature Control Dial to the desired temperature. The temperature range is not specified in the manual, so please refer to the temperature markings on the dial.
2. The oven will start heating up to reach the set temperature. You can observe whether the heaters are working or not by observing the front indicator light.
3. Once the oven reaches the set temperature, it will maintain that temperature throughout the cooking process.
Note: If the inside of the oven is dirty, cooking may take slightly longer than usual.
